Handling & Transit Time
- Processing: 1–3 business days to prepare, secure, and hand your order to the freight carrier.
- Transit: typically about 5–10 business days on the road, depending on how far you are from our Loveland, CO facility.
- Tracking: a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way.
How Your Machine Is Delivered
Mini excavators, mini skid steers, and other machines move by LTL / flatbed freight carrier because of their size and weight. Here is what to expect:
- Curbside delivery with a liftgate lowers your machine safely to ground level at your address.
- The carrier calls ahead to schedule a delivery appointment — you will not be caught off guard.
- Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for the shipment.
- Please have a firm, reasonably level spot with clear truck access for the unload.
Attachments & Smaller Items
Buckets, augers, and other attachments or small parts may ship separately via standard ground rather than freight, and can arrive on a different day than your machine.
Inspect Before You Sign
Always inspect your delivery before signing. Walk around the machine and check for any freight damage while the driver is still there.
If you see anything, note it on the delivery receipt / Bill of Lading (BOL), take clear photos, and report it to us within 48 hours. Documenting damage at delivery protects your claim and lets us make it right quickly.
Alaska, Hawaii & Remote Locations
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, as well as remote or limited-access sites, are arranged on a per-order basis — please contact us for a freight quote before ordering. We cannot ship machines to PO boxes.

Sam Okafor –
Killed the moss problem in our shaded side yard in one pass. Grass filled in by June. Great value versus what the landscape supply wanted.
Walt Brennan –
Been dethatching customer lawns with it all spring in eastern Tennessee. Sturdy frame, consistent depth, and my little TYPHON handles it no problem.
Tricia Alvarez (verified owner) –
Solid unit and it did wonders on our compacted back lawn. One small gripe: the manual is basically a single sheet, so setting the working depth took some trial and error. After that, smooth sailing.
Bruce Yancey (verified owner) –
Product works, tines are aggressive and it definitely pulls the moss out. My issue was on the buying side — took over two weeks for freight to reach me here in Oregon and I had to email twice before anyone confirmed a ship date. The scarifier itself is fine, just plan ahead on timing.
Dan K. (verified owner) –
Perfect for prepping ground before overseeding. Our HOA common areas look the best they ever have.
Ellen Marsh (verified owner) –
Does a nice job pulling thatch and the results on our fescue were obvious within a few weeks. Only knock is it showed up with a decent paint scuff on one side rail from shipping — cosmetic only, so I kept it. Would order again.
Josh Whitfield (verified owner) –
It scarifies fine once you dial in the depth, no argument there. But the mounting plate holes didn’t quite line up with my machine and I had to slot two of them with a grinder to get it seated. Once mounted it works, just wasn’t the bolt-on job I paid for.
Mike Ferraro (verified owner) –
I do lawn renovation work and this attachment paid for itself in two jobs. Tines rip out moss and thatch clean without tearing up the soil, and overseeding after it takes beautifully.
Patti H. –
Way faster than the walk-behind dethatcher we rented last year. Whole yard done in under an hour.
Greg Tolliver (verified owner) –
Ran this scarifier over about an acre and a half of thatchy old lawn and the grass came back thicker than it’s been in years. Pulled up a truckload of dead material. Hooked to the mini skid steer in a couple minutes.
