Handling & Transit Time
- Processing: 1–3 business days to prepare, secure, and hand your order to the freight carrier.
- Transit: typically about 5–10 business days on the road, depending on how far you are from our Loveland, CO facility.
- Tracking: a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way.
How Your Machine Is Delivered
Mini excavators, mini skid steers, and other machines move by LTL / flatbed freight carrier because of their size and weight. Here is what to expect:
- Curbside delivery with a liftgate lowers your machine safely to ground level at your address.
- The carrier calls ahead to schedule a delivery appointment — you will not be caught off guard.
- Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for the shipment.
- Please have a firm, reasonably level spot with clear truck access for the unload.
Attachments & Smaller Items
Buckets, augers, and other attachments or small parts may ship separately via standard ground rather than freight, and can arrive on a different day than your machine.
Inspect Before You Sign
Always inspect your delivery before signing. Walk around the machine and check for any freight damage while the driver is still there.
If you see anything, note it on the delivery receipt / Bill of Lading (BOL), take clear photos, and report it to us within 48 hours. Documenting damage at delivery protects your claim and lets us make it right quickly.
Alaska, Hawaii & Remote Locations
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, as well as remote or limited-access sites, are arranged on a per-order basis — please contact us for a freight quote before ordering. We cannot ship machines to PO boxes.

Tim Rowley –
Does exactly what a trencher should. Hooked it to my mini skid, dug a gas line trench to the pole barn, done in an afternoon instead of two days with a shovel. Good value at this price.
Sharon Whitfield (verified owner) –
My husband put in 400 ft of fence with this thing and won’t stop talking about it. Delivery was faster than quoted and everything came bolted down tight on the pallet.
Kyle B. (verified owner) –
Solid trencher for the money. I put in a French drain around the house and drain tile in a wet spot in the pasture. Boom is stout and the teeth are holding up fine in our rocky Tennessee ground.
Robert Aldana (verified owner) –
Bought this for irrigation lines on our vegetable farm and it paid for itself the first weekend. Digs steady and the chain seems well built. Attaches to my loader with no drama.
Jenny Kowalski (verified owner) –
Used it to run electrical conduit out to our shop. Clean trench, easy hookup, no complaints.
Marcus T. (verified owner) –
Trencher itself works fine and digs a clean trench, but the hydraulic fittings didn’t match my machine so I had to run to the hydraulic shop for adapters before I could use it. Also took a while to get a reply from customer service about the flow specs. Once it was hooked up it’s been solid, just plan on some fiddling.
Dale Hutchins –
Trenched about 300 feet for a water line to my barn here in Missouri with this TYPHON unit on my mini skid steer. Cut through hard clay better than I expected and the freight driver even helped me get it off the truck. Way cheaper than what the dealer wanted for the same thing.
