How Your Machine Is Delivered
Mini excavators, mini skid steers, and other machines move by LTL / flatbed freight carrier because of their size and weight. Here is what to expect:
- Curbside delivery with a liftgate lowers your machine safely to ground level at your address.
- The carrier calls ahead to schedule a delivery appointment — you will not be caught off guard.
- Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for the shipment.
- Please have a firm, reasonably level spot with clear truck access for the unload.
Attachments & Smaller Items
Buckets, augers, and other attachments or small parts may ship separately via standard ground rather than freight, and can arrive on a different day than your machine.
Inspect Before You Sign
Always inspect your delivery before signing. Walk around the machine and check for any freight damage while the driver is still there.
If you see anything, note it on the delivery receipt / Bill of Lading (BOL), take clear photos, and report it to us within 48 hours. Documenting damage at delivery protects your claim and lets us make it right quickly.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, as well as remote or limited-access sites, are arranged on a per-order basis — please contact us for a freight quote before ordering. We cannot ship machines to PO boxes.

Pete Grayson –
The ripper does rip, I’ll give it that, and the steel is heavy. My issue is the hydraulic side wasn’t needed but the mount needed shimming to sit flush on my loader, and shipping crawled along for almost two weeks. Fair product, just be patient.
Frank Delvecchio (verified owner) –
Pulled it through a rock-hard driveway apron that’s been packed down for 20 years and it opened it right up. Welds are clean, paint is decent, and it locked onto the plate first try. Real happy with this one.
Sam Littleton –
Exactly what our small farm needed for breaking new ground. Cheaper than renting twice.
Roger Nesbitt –
Strong ripper, bites deep and the STOMP handles it fine. Only small complaint is it arrived bone dry, so grease everything before the first use. Otherwise can’t fault it.
Trish Adams (verified owner) –
Ripped a trench line for drainage pipe prep and busted up an old compacted parking area. Solid attachment, no flex in the shanks.
Carl Vandenberg (verified owner) –
Our clay here in central Texas sets up like concrete by July and this ripper still gets through it. Two passes and the tiller can actually do its job. Freight showed up strapped down proper on a pallet, zero damage.
J.D. Whitaker (verified owner) –
Been running it on driveways all spring, breaking up the crust before we re-gravel. Customers think we brought a bigger machine. Fit and finish is better than some dealer attachments I’ve paid double for.
Marissa Cole –
Tore out an old fence row full of roots and compacted dirt in one Saturday. This thing is built like a tank for six hundred bucks.
Gene Rutkowski (verified owner) –
Does what a ripper should, no argument there. But the pin holes on the mount plate were a touch tight and I had to take a file to them to get it to lock. Also emailed a question about tooth spacing and didn’t hear back for most of a week. It works fine now, just a rougher start than I’d like.
Kevin Ashford (verified owner) –
Perfect for loosening compacted gravel before regrading. Hooked to the TYPHON in seconds.
Duane P. –
Hardpan on our place laughs at a box blade, but this ripper tears it wide open. Steel is thick, shanks haven’t bent even hitting roots and a few rocks I didn’t know were there.
Laura Simmons (verified owner) –
Works great for breaking up our garden plot before tilling. Wish it shipped a hair faster, took 9 days to Missouri, but the attachment itself is stout and fits the quick attach clean.
Bill Krantz –
Ripped up 40 feet of packed clay driveway that a bucket wouldn’t touch. Teeth bit right in on the first pass with my STOMP. Money well spent.
