Free Shipping Across the USA
FREE freight shipping anywhere in the USA. Every machine ships crated on a dedicated freight carrier, ready to work. The price you see is the price delivered to your address.
Handling & Transit Time
- Order processing: up to 3 business days to prep, crate and book your order onto a carrier.
- Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days from the shipment date, depending on your state.
- Tracking: a tracking or freight booking reference is emailed as soon as your order ships.
How Your Machine Is Delivered
Excavators and skid steers move by LTL freight because of their size and weight. Here is what to expect:
- FREE forklift unloading where it is required, subject to site access and carrier availability.
- The carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery window — you will not be caught off guard.
- Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
- Please have a firm, reasonably level spot with clear truck access for the unload.
Attachments & Smaller Parts
Buckets, augers, thumbs and other attachments may ship separately by standard ground courier and can arrive on a different day than your machine.
Inspect Before You Sign
Always inspect your delivery before signing. Walk around the machine and check for freight damage while the driver is still on site.
If you find anything, note it on the bill of lading (BOL), take clear photos, and contact us within 48 hours so we can file the freight claim for you.
Alaska, Hawaii & Remote Areas
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and remote or limited-access addresses may carry a surcharge and longer transit — please request a freight quote before ordering. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Questions about your delivery? Request a quote or email Welcome@findexcavator.com — we reply within 1 business day.
Warranty
Every item is covered by a 1-year limited parts warranty from the date of delivery. If a covered part fails, we supply the replacement part.
- Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Does not cover wear items, misuse, accident damage, unauthorised modification or lack of maintenance.
- To start a claim, contact us with your order number, photos and a description of the fault.
Full terms: Warranty & Replacement.
Cancellations & Returns
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of being placed, provided the item has not shipped.
Because we sell heavy machinery, all sales are final once an item has shipped. We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse or incorrect product selection — so please confirm the size, weight and specification with us before you order. We are happy to check the fit for you.
Damaged or Faulty on Arrival
- Inspect the machine before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery paperwork.
- Report transit damage or a defect within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos, and we will put it right.
- Refused deliveries are treated as returns and return freight is charged.
Full terms: Return & Refund Policy.

Paid for itself fastAfter comparing a few brands, I went with this one. Power is impressive for the size. The Kubota engine starts right up cold and never bogs down, even when loading gravel. We added it to a pipeline crew and it’s already the most-used machine on the lot. Arrived faster than I expected with all the paperwork included. The Kubota engine is the real star here. Exactly as described, no surprises.

Best purchase for the farmNeeded something for loading gravel, so I took the plunge. The cab is comfortable for long days. Heater works great for winter loading gravel. The thumb is a game changer for picking up rock and brush while loading gravel. Showed up on a flatbed in about ten days, well strapped and undamaged. Comfortable enough that long days aren’t a chore. Exactly as described, no surprises.

Beast of a machineOperators at a county road crew all comment on how responsive it is. No lag in the controls at all. Tracks grip well on the slope behind our place. I’ve had it on wet ground prepping a building pad with no trouble. Shipping was free and the freight driver called ahead to set up delivery. Grease it up, keep an eye on the tracks, and it’ll treat you right. Telling everyone at the co-op about it.

Worth every pennyOperators at a vineyard all comment on how responsive it is. No lag in the controls at all. The thumb is a game changer for picking up rock and brush while setting fence posts. Build quality feels solid — thick steel, clean welds, good pins and bushings. No play after weeks of setting fence posts. Exactly as described, no surprises.

Outstanding machineThe hydraulics are smooth and the controls are easy to learn. My nephew was running it confidently within an hour. Dig depth and breakout force are better than I expected. digging a pond that used to take all day now takes a couple hours. The cab is comfortable for long days. Pretty good buyA few small issues out of the crate that I had to sort out, but support helped and it’s working now. The price-to-power ratio is hard to beat right now.

No regretsFinally replaced our tired old machine. Honestly thought it might be underpowered at this price but it handled landscaping the back acreage like a much bigger machine. The 1.8-ton class is the sweet spot for us — tight enough to fit through a gate but it still has the muscle for landscaping the back acreage. Power is impressive for the size. The Kubota engine starts right up cold and never bogs down, even when landscaping the back acreage. Would absolutely buy again.

Exceeded my expectationsBought this for a residential contractor. Honestly thought it might be underpowered at this price but it handled digging footings like a much bigger machine. The thumb is a game changer for picking up rock and brush while digging footings. Delivery took just under two weeks and the forklift unloading made it painless. Fit and finish is better than the photos show. Two thumbs up from me.

Beast of a machinePerfect size for a sod farm. Trailers easily behind my pickup and I can move it between sites myself. I was septic work all last weekend and it didn’t miss a beat. For the money there’s nothing else close. Freight was free to my door and the driver was patient getting it off the truck. Visibility from the seat is excellent for septic work. If you’re considering it, do it.
