Shipping & Delivery

Free, Fully-Assembled Freight Delivery

FREE freight to the contiguous lower 48. Every machine ships fully assembled and ready to run — no crating charge, no hidden freight surcharges, and no assembly required when it arrives. The price you see is the price delivered to your door.

Handling & Transit Time

  • Processing: 1–3 business days to prepare, secure, and hand your order to the freight carrier.
  • Transit: typically about 5–10 business days on the road, depending on how far you are from our Loveland, CO facility.
  • Tracking: a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way.

How Your Machine Is Delivered

Mini excavators, mini skid steers, and other machines move by LTL / flatbed freight carrier because of their size and weight. Here is what to expect:

  • Curbside delivery with a liftgate lowers your machine safely to ground level at your address.
  • The carrier calls ahead to schedule a delivery appointment — you will not be caught off guard.
  • Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for the shipment.
  • Please have a firm, reasonably level spot with clear truck access for the unload.

Attachments & Smaller Items

Buckets, augers, and other attachments or small parts may ship separately via standard ground rather than freight, and can arrive on a different day than your machine.

Inspect Before You Sign

Always inspect your delivery before signing. Walk around the machine and check for any freight damage while the driver is still there.

If you see anything, note it on the delivery receipt / Bill of Lading (BOL), take clear photos, and report it to us within 48 hours. Documenting damage at delivery protects your claim and lets us make it right quickly.

Alaska, Hawaii & Remote Locations

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, as well as remote or limited-access sites, are arranged on a per-order basis — please contact us for a freight quote before ordering. We cannot ship machines to PO boxes.

Paid for itself fastNeeded something for septic work, so I took the plunge. Build quality feels solid — thick steel, clean welds, good pins and bushings. No play after weeks of septic work. The cab is comfortable for long days. Heater works great for winter septic work. Runs quiet and sips fuel compared to the old machine we had at weekend property projects. Exactly as described, no surprises.

Powerful and dependableBought this for a remodeling business. Perfect size for a remodeling business. Trailers easily behind my pickup and I can move it between sites myself. Tracks grip well on the slope behind our place. I’ve had it on wet ground prepping a building pad with no trouble. Telling everyone at the co-op about it.

Exactly what I neededBought this for a pipeline crew. The thumb is a game changer for picking up rock and brush while clearing a fence row. Power is impressive for the size. The Kubota engine starts right up cold and never bogs down, even when clearing a fence row. Runs quiet and sips fuel compared to the old machine we had at a pipeline crew. Shipping was free and the freight driver called ahead to set up delivery. The price-to-power ratio is hard to beat right now. Two thumbs up from me.

Outstanding machineNeeded something for cleaning out ditches, so I took the plunge. Dig depth and breakout force are better than I expected. cleaning out ditches that used to take all day now takes a couple hours. Honestly thought it might be underpowered at this price but it handled cleaning out ditches like a much bigger machine. Perfect size for a tree service. Trailers easily behind my pickup and I can move it between sites myself. Shipping was free and the freight driver called ahead to set up delivery. Highly recommend to anyone on the fence.

Glad I pulled the triggerBought this for a vineyard. Three months in here in Michigan and it’s been flawless. Cold mornings, mud, long hours — it just works. We added it to a vineyard and it’s already the most-used machine on the lot. Boom swing makes it so much easier to dig along walls and fences. Huge help when snow and debris cleanup. Telling everyone at the co-op about it.

Money well spentFinally replaced our tired old machine. The thumb is a game changer for picking up rock and brush while digging irrigation lines. The 1-ton class is the sweet spot for us — tight enough to fit through a gate but it still has the muscle for digging irrigation lines. Five stars, easy.
