Shipping & Delivery

Free Shipping Across the USA

FREE freight shipping anywhere in the USA. Every machine ships crated on a dedicated freight carrier, ready to work. The price you see is the price delivered to your address.

Handling & Transit Time

  • Order processing: up to 3 business days to prep, crate and book your order onto a carrier.
  • Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days from the shipment date, depending on your state.
  • Tracking: a tracking or freight booking reference is emailed as soon as your order ships.

How Your Machine Is Delivered

Excavators and skid steers move by LTL freight because of their size and weight. Here is what to expect:

  • FREE forklift unloading where it is required, subject to site access and carrier availability.
  • The carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery window — you will not be caught off guard.
  • Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
  • Please have a firm, reasonably level spot with clear truck access for the unload.

Attachments & Smaller Parts

Buckets, augers, thumbs and other attachments may ship separately by standard ground courier and can arrive on a different day than your machine.

Inspect Before You Sign

Always inspect your delivery before signing. Walk around the machine and check for freight damage while the driver is still on site.

If you find anything, note it on the bill of lading (BOL), take clear photos, and contact us within 48 hours so we can file the freight claim for you.

Alaska, Hawaii & Remote Areas

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and remote or limited-access addresses may carry a surcharge and longer transit — please request a freight quote before ordering. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Questions about your delivery? Request a quote or email Welcome@findexcavator.com — we reply within 1 business day.

Warranty & Returns

Warranty

Every item is covered by a 1-year limited parts warranty from the date of delivery. If a covered part fails, we supply the replacement part.

  • Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • Does not cover wear items, misuse, accident damage, unauthorised modification or lack of maintenance.
  • To start a claim, contact us with your order number, photos and a description of the fault.

Full terms: Warranty & Replacement.

Cancellations & Returns

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of being placed, provided the item has not shipped.

Because we sell heavy machinery, all sales are final once an item has shipped. We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse or incorrect product selection — so please confirm the size, weight and specification with us before you order. We are happy to check the fit for you.

Damaged or Faulty on Arrival

  • Inspect the machine before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery paperwork.
  • Report transit damage or a defect within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos, and we will put it right.

Money well spentFinally replaced our tired old machine. Perfect size for a cattle ranch. Trailers easily behind my pickup and I can move it between sites myself. I was building a retaining wall all last weekend and it didn’t miss a beat. For the money there’s nothing else close. The hydraulics are smooth and the controls are easy to learn. My nephew was running it confidently within an hour. Will be ordering parts and attachments from them again.

  2. Luis S. (verified owner)

Exactly what I neededThe 1-ton class is the sweet spot for us — tight enough to fit through a gate but it still has the muscle for cleaning out ditches. The hydraulics are smooth and the controls are easy to learn. My nephew was running it confidently within an hour. Delivery took just under two weeks and the forklift unloading made it painless. Fuel burn is low for the amount of work it does. Two thumbs up from me.

Operators at a cattle ranch all comment on how responsive it is. No lag in the controls at all. Perfect size for a cattle ranch. The RATO engine starts right up cold and never bogs down, even when pulling stumps. The cab is comfortable for long days. Heater works great for winter pulling stumps. Plenty of power left in reserve when pulling stumps. Will be ordering parts and attachments from them again.

Honestly thought it might be underpowered at this price but it handled septic work like a much bigger machine. Shipping was free and the freight driver called ahead to set up delivery.
