Shipping & Delivery

Free Shipping Across the USA

FREE freight shipping anywhere in the USA. Every machine ships crated on a dedicated freight carrier, ready to work. The price you see is the price delivered to your address.

Handling & Transit Time

  • Order processing: up to 3 business days to prep, crate and book your order onto a carrier.
  • Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days from the shipment date, depending on your state.
  • Tracking: a tracking or freight booking reference is emailed as soon as your order ships.

How Your Machine Is Delivered

Excavators and skid steers move by LTL freight because of their size and weight. Here is what to expect:

  • FREE forklift unloading where it is required, subject to site access and carrier availability.
  • The carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery window — you will not be caught off guard.
  • Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
  • Please have a firm, reasonably level spot with clear truck access for the unload.

Attachments & Smaller Parts

Buckets, augers, thumbs and other attachments may ship separately by standard ground courier and can arrive on a different day than your machine.

Inspect Before You Sign

Always inspect your delivery before signing. Walk around the machine and check for freight damage while the driver is still on site.

If you find anything, note it on the bill of lading (BOL), take clear photos, and contact us within 48 hours so we can file the freight claim for you.

Alaska, Hawaii & Remote Areas

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and remote or limited-access addresses may carry a surcharge and longer transit — please request a freight quote before ordering. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Questions about your delivery? Request a quote or email Welcome@findexcavator.com — we reply within 1 business day.

Warranty & Returns

Warranty

Every item is covered by a 1-year limited parts warranty from the date of delivery. If a covered part fails, we supply the replacement part.

  • Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • Does not cover wear items, misuse, accident damage, unauthorised modification or lack of maintenance.
  • To start a claim, contact us with your order number, photos and a description of the fault.

Full terms: Warranty & Replacement.

Cancellations & Returns

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of being placed, provided the item has not shipped.

Because we sell heavy machinery, all sales are final once an item has shipped. We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse or incorrect product selection — so please confirm the size, weight and specification with us before you order. We are happy to check the fit for you.

Damaged or Faulty on Arrival

  • Inspect the machine before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery paperwork.
  • Report transit damage or a defect within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos, and we will put it right.
  • Refused deliveries are treated as returns and return freight is charged.

Full terms: Return & Refund Policy.

Great value for the moneyFirst excavator I’ve ever owned. The cab is comfortable for long days. Heater works great for winter trenching for water lines. Operators at a self-build homestead all comment on how responsive it is. No lag in the controls at all. The hydraulics are smooth and the controls are easy to learn. My nephew was running it confidently within an hour. Arrived faster than I expected with all the paperwork included. Hauled it home, fueled it up, and was working the same afternoon. Telling everyone at the co-op about it.

  2. Chris N. (verified owner)

Solid little workhorseThe hydraulics are smooth and the controls are easy to learn. My nephew was running it confidently within an hour. Runs quiet and sips fuel compared to the old machine we had at a rental fleet. Would absolutely buy again.

  3. Carl Bell (verified owner)

Highly recommendAfter comparing a few brands, I went with this one. I was septic work all last weekend and it didn’t miss a beat. For the money there’s nothing else close. Boom swing makes it so much easier to dig along walls and fences. Huge help when septic work. The 1-ton class is the sweet spot for us — tight enough to fit through a gate but it still has the muscle for septic work. Delivery took just under two weeks and the forklift unloading made it painless. I’d buy from them again without hesitation. Would absolutely buy again.

  4. Carlos Ruiz (verified owner)

Built toughNeeded something for grading my driveway, so I took the plunge. Coming from renting, owning this paid for itself in about two months of grading my driveway. Customer support answered my questions before I bought and again after delivery. That sealed it for me. Visibility from the seat is excellent for grading my driveway. Solid company, solid machine.

  5. Carlos A. (verified owner)

Money well spentFirst excavator I’ve ever owned. Maintenance is straightforward, grease points are easy to reach, and the manual actually makes sense. For a first-time owner this was the right call. Easy to operate and tough enough for real work snow and debris cleanup. We added it to a cattle ranch and it’s already the most-used machine on the lot. Comfortable enough that long days aren’t a chore. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

Impressed all aroundShopped around for weeks before pulling the trigger. Operators at a hobby farm all comment on how responsive it is. No lag in the controls at all. Coming from renting, owning this paid for itself in about two months of setting fence posts. Delivery took just under two weeks and the forklift unloading made it painless. Grease it up, keep an eye on the tracks, and it’ll treat you right. Telling everyone at the co-op about it.

Pretty good buySolid value. Minor learning curve on the controls but it’s a capable machine. Grease it up, keep an eye on the tracks, and it’ll treat you right.

Just what the job neededBought this for weekend property projects. Customer support answered my questions before I bought and again after delivery. That sealed it for me. We added it to weekend property projects and it’s already the most-used machine on the lot. Cold starts in rural Tennessee have been a non-issue. Five stars, easy.

  10. Jeff Martinez (verified owner)

Tough and reliableFirst excavator I’ve ever owned. Coming from renting, owning this paid for itself in about two months of clearing a fence row. For a first-time owner this was the right call. Easy to operate and tough enough for real work clearing a fence row. Tracks grip well on the slope behind our place. I’ve had it on wet ground clearing a fence row with no trouble. Showed up on a flatbed in about ten days, well strapped and undamaged. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

  11. Vince D. (verified owner)

No regretsFinally replaced our tired old machine. Maintenance is straightforward, grease points are easy to reach, and the manual actually makes sense. Runs quiet and sips fuel compared to the old machine we had at a small excavating outfit. Would absolutely buy again.

  12. John R. (verified owner)

Highly recommendI was nervous ordering equipment online, but I’m so glad I did. Build quality feels solid — thick steel, clean welds, good pins and bushings. No play after weeks of setting fence posts. The hydraulics are smooth and the controls are easy to learn. My nephew was running it confidently within an hour. The 1-ton class is the sweet spot for us — tight enough to fit through a gate but it still has the muscle for setting fence posts. Shipping was free and the freight driver called ahead to set up delivery. Cold starts in central California have been a non-issue. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

  13. Pedro Hall (verified owner)

No regretsNeeded something for digging footings, so I took the plunge. Honestly thought it might be underpowered at this price but it handled digging footings like a much bigger machine. Customer support answered my questions before I bought and again after delivery. That sealed it for me. Build quality feels solid — thick steel, clean welds, good pins and bushings. No play after weeks of digging footings. Will be ordering parts and attachments from them again.

Beast of a machineShopped around for weeks before pulling the trigger. The 1-ton class is the sweet spot for us — tight enough to fit through a gate but it still has the muscle for general property cleanup. Perfect size for a small excavating outfit. Trailers easily behind my pickup and I can move it between sites myself. Highly recommend to anyone on the fence.

Runs quiet and sips fuel compared to the old machine we had at a tree service. Dig depth and breakout force are better than I expected. clearing brush that used to take all day now takes a couple hours. Cuts my job time roughly in half on clearing brush.
