Shipping & Delivery

Free Shipping Across the USA

FREE freight shipping anywhere in the USA. Every machine ships crated on a dedicated freight carrier, ready to work. The price you see is the price delivered to your address.

Handling & Transit Time

  • Order processing: up to 3 business days to prep, crate and book your order onto a carrier.
  • Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days from the shipment date, depending on your state.
  • Tracking: a tracking or freight booking reference is emailed as soon as your order ships.

How Your Machine Is Delivered

Excavators and skid steers move by LTL freight because of their size and weight. Here is what to expect:

  • FREE forklift unloading where it is required, subject to site access and carrier availability.
  • The carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery window — you will not be caught off guard.
  • Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
  • Please have a firm, reasonably level spot with clear truck access for the unload.

Attachments & Smaller Parts

Buckets, augers, thumbs and other attachments may ship separately by standard ground courier and can arrive on a different day than your machine.

Inspect Before You Sign

Always inspect your delivery before signing. Walk around the machine and check for freight damage while the driver is still on site.

If you find anything, note it on the bill of lading (BOL), take clear photos, and contact us within 48 hours so we can file the freight claim for you.

Alaska, Hawaii & Remote Areas

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and remote or limited-access addresses may carry a surcharge and longer transit — please request a freight quote before ordering. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Questions about your delivery? Request a quote or email Welcome@findexcavator.com — we reply within 1 business day.

Just what the job neededDig depth and breakout force are better than I expected. general property cleanup that used to take all day now takes a couple hours. For a first-time owner this was the right call. Easy to operate and tough enough for real work general property cleanup. I’d buy from them again without hesitation. Exactly as described, no surprises.

Exceeded my expectationsBought this for weekend property projects. Customer support answered my questions before I bought and again after delivery. That sealed it for me. Dig depth and breakout force are better than I expected. landscaping the back acreage that used to take all day now takes a couple hours. Delivery took just under two weeks and the forklift unloading made it painless. The price-to-power ratio is hard to beat right now. If you’re considering it, do it.

Exceeded my expectationsNeeded something for moving dirt around the barn, so I took the plunge. The cab is comfortable for long days. Heater works great for winter moving dirt around the barn. Build quality feels solid — thick steel, clean welds, good pins and bushings. No play after weeks of moving dirt around the barn. Fuel burn is low for the amount of work it does. Highly recommend to anyone on the fence.

  4. Dustin Anderson (verified owner)

Worth every pennyAfter comparing a few brands, I went with this one. Honestly thought it might be underpowered at this price but it handled tearing out old concrete like a much bigger machine. I was tearing out old concrete all last weekend and it didn’t miss a beat. For the money there’s nothing else close. Operators at a tree service all comment on how responsive it is. No lag in the controls at all. Showed up on a flatbed in about ten days, well strapped and undamaged. The Kubota engine is the real star here. Would absolutely buy again.

  5. Omar Baker (verified owner)

Pretty good buyOverall I’m happy with it. Took a little setup out of the gate but runs great now. Plenty of power left in reserve when clearing brush.

Outstanding machineI was nervous ordering equipment online, but I\’m so glad I did. Customer support answered my questions before I bought and again after delivery. That sealed it for me. We added it to a hobby farm and it\’s already the most-used machine on the lot. Build quality feels solid — thick steel, clean welds, good pins and bushings. No play after weeks of cleaning out ditches. Support walked me through break-in step by step. If you\’re considering it, do it.

Money well spentFinally replaced our tired old machine. The 3.2-ton class is the sweet spot for us — tight enough to fit through a gate but it still has the muscle for digging footings. Three months in here in central California and it’s been flawless. Cold mornings, mud, long hours — it just works. Maintenance is straightforward, grease points are easy to reach, and the manual actually makes sense. Arrived faster than I expected with all the paperwork included. Comfortable enough that long days aren’t a chore. Will be ordering parts and attachments from them again.

The Kubota engine is the real star here. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

Hauled it home, fueled it up, and was working the same afternoon. Telling everyone at the co-op about it.
