- Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days from the shipment date, depending on your state.
- Tracking: a tracking or freight booking reference is emailed as soon as your order ships.
How Your Machine Is Delivered
Excavators and skid steers move by LTL freight because of their size and weight. Here is what to expect:
- FREE forklift unloading where it is required, subject to site access and carrier availability.
- The carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery window — you will not be caught off guard.
- Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
- Please have a firm, reasonably level spot with clear truck access for the unload.
Attachments & Smaller Parts
Buckets, augers, thumbs and other attachments may ship separately by standard ground courier and can arrive on a different day than your machine.
Inspect Before You Sign
Always inspect your delivery before signing. Walk around the machine and check for freight damage while the driver is still on site.
If you find anything, note it on the bill of lading (BOL), take clear photos, and contact us within 48 hours so we can file the freight claim for you.
Alaska, Hawaii & Remote Areas
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and remote or limited-access addresses may carry a surcharge and longer transit — please request a freight quote before ordering. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Questions about your delivery? Request a quote or email Welcome@findexcavator.com — we reply within 1 business day.

Exactly what I neededFirst excavator I’ve ever owned. The 3-ton class is the sweet spot for us — tight enough to fit through a gate but it still has the muscle for landscaping the back acreage. The thumb is a game changer for picking up rock and brush while landscaping the back acreage. Showed up on a flatbed in about ten days, well strapped and undamaged. The price-to-power ratio is hard to beat right now. Two thumbs up from me.

Highly recommendNeeded something for trenching for water lines, so I took the plunge. The hydraulics are smooth and the controls are easy to learn. My nephew was running it confidently within an hour. Three months in here in Ohio and it’s been flawless. Cold mornings, mud, long hours — it just works. Five stars, easy.

Five stars all dayNeeded something for clearing brush, so I took the plunge. Perfect size for our landscaping crew. Trailers easily behind my pickup and I can move it between sites myself. Maintenance is straightforward, grease points are easy to reach, and the manual actually makes sense. Honestly thought it might be underpowered at this price but it handled clearing brush like a much bigger machine. Will be ordering parts and attachments from them again.

Glad I pulled the triggerAfter comparing a few brands, I went with this one. Customer support answered my questions before I bought and again after delivery. That sealed it for me. Boom swing makes it so much easier to dig along walls and fences. Huge help when tearing out old concrete. Dig depth and breakout force are better than I expected. tearing out old concrete that used to take all day now takes a couple hours. Delivery took just under two weeks and the forklift unloading made it painless. Telling everyone at the co-op about it.

Just what the job neededI was nervous ordering equipment online, but I’m so glad I did. For a first-time owner this was the right call. Easy to operate and tough enough for real work digging irrigation lines. Runs quiet and sips fuel compared to the old machine we had at a cattle ranch. Freight was free to my door and the driver was patient getting it off the truck. Plenty of power left in reserve when digging irrigation lines. Exactly as described, no surprises.

Outstanding machinePerfect size for a residential contractor. Trailers easily behind my pickup and I can move it between sites myself. I was prepping a building pad all last weekend and it didn’t miss a beat. For the money there’s nothing else close. Highly recommend to anyone on the fence.

Mostly greatTook some back-and-forth to get everything right, but the equipment does the job. It handles landscaping the back acreage better than machines twice the price.

Happy overallWorks as described. Would’ve liked a quicker delivery but no complaints about the machine itself. The price-to-power ratio is hard to beat right now.

Punches above its weightNeeded something for digging footings, so I took the plunge. Runs quiet and sips fuel compared to the old machine we had at a cattle ranch. The 3-ton class is the sweet spot for us — tight enough to fit through a gate but it still has the muscle for digging footings. Operators at a cattle ranch all comment on how responsive it is. No lag in the controls at all. Will be ordering parts and attachments from them again.

Five stars all dayMy buddy recommended this one. Tracks grip well on the slope behind our place. I’ve had it on wet ground setting fence posts with no trouble. The hydraulics are smooth and the controls are easy to learn. My nephew was running it confidently within an hour. Shipping was free and the freight driver called ahead to set up delivery. Would absolutely buy again.

Best purchase for the farmNeeded something for building a retaining wall, so I took the plunge. I was building a retaining wall all last weekend and it didn’t miss a beat. For the money there’s nothing else close. Maintenance is straightforward, grease points are easy to reach, and the manual actually makes sense. The cab is comfortable for long days. Heater works great for winter building a retaining wall. Exactly as described, no surprises.

Paid for itself fastShopped around for weeks before pulling the trigger. Power is impressive for the size. The Kubota engine starts right up cold and never bogs down, even when digging a pond. For a first-time owner this was the right call. Easy to operate and tough enough for real work digging a pond. Build quality feels solid — thick steel, clean welds, good pins and bushings. No play after weeks of digging a pond. The Kubota engine is the real star here. Five stars, easy.
