Handling & Transit Time
- Processing: 1–3 business days to prepare, secure, and hand your order to the freight carrier.

How Your Machine Is Delivered
Mini excavators, mini skid steers, and other machines move by LTL / flatbed freight carrier because of their size and weight. Here is what to expect:
- Curbside delivery with a liftgate lowers your machine safely to ground level at your address.
- The carrier calls ahead to schedule a delivery appointment — you will not be caught off guard.
- Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for the shipment.
- Please have a firm, reasonably level spot with clear truck access for the unload.
Attachments & Smaller Items
Buckets, augers, and other attachments or small parts may ship separately via standard ground rather than freight, and can arrive on a different day than your machine.
Inspect Before You Sign
Always inspect your delivery before signing. Walk around the machine and check for any freight damage while the driver is still there.
If you see anything, note it on the delivery receipt / Bill of Lading (BOL), take clear photos, and report it to us within 48 hours. Documenting damage at delivery protects your claim and lets us make it right quickly.
Alaska, Hawaii & Remote Locations
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, as well as remote or limited-access sites, are arranged on a per-order basis — please contact us for a freight quote before ordering. We cannot ship machines to PO boxes.

Exactly what I neededFirst excavator I’ve ever owned. The 3-ton class is the sweet spot for us — tight enough to fit through a gate but it still has the muscle for landscaping the back acreage. The thumb is a game changer for picking up rock and brush while landscaping the back acreage. Showed up on a flatbed in about ten days, well strapped and undamaged. The price-to-power ratio is hard to beat right now. Two thumbs up from me.

Highly recommendNeeded something for trenching for water lines, so I took the plunge. The hydraulics are smooth and the controls are easy to learn. My nephew was running it confidently within an hour. Three months in here in Ohio and it’s been flawless. Cold mornings, mud, long hours — it just works. Five stars, easy.

Five stars all dayNeeded something for clearing brush, so I took the plunge. Perfect size for our landscaping crew. Trailers easily behind my pickup and I can move it between sites myself. Maintenance is straightforward, grease points are easy to reach, and the manual actually makes sense. Honestly thought it might be underpowered at this price but it handled clearing brush like a much bigger machine. Will be ordering parts and attachments from them again.

Glad I pulled the triggerAfter comparing a few brands, I went with this one. Customer support answered my questions before I bought and again after delivery. That sealed it for me. Boom swing makes it so much easier to dig along walls and fences. Huge help when tearing out old concrete. Dig depth and breakout force are better than I expected. tearing out old concrete that used to take all day now takes a couple hours. Delivery took just under two weeks and the forklift unloading made it painless. Telling everyone at the co-op about it.

Just what the job neededI was nervous ordering equipment online, but I’m so glad I did. For a first-time owner this was the right call. Easy to operate and tough enough for real work digging irrigation lines. Runs quiet and sips fuel compared to the old machine we had at a cattle ranch. Freight was free to my door and the driver was patient getting it off the truck. Plenty of power left in reserve when digging irrigation lines. Exactly as described, no surprises.

Outstanding machinePerfect size for a residential contractor. Trailers easily behind my pickup and I can move it between sites myself. I was prepping a building pad all last weekend and it didn’t miss a beat. For the money there’s nothing else close. Highly recommend to anyone on the fence.

Mostly greatTook some back-and-forth to get everything right, but the equipment does the job. It handles landscaping the back acreage better than machines twice the price.

Punches above its weightNeeded something for digging footings, so I took the plunge. Runs quiet and sips fuel compared to the old machine we had at a cattle ranch. The 3-ton class is the sweet spot for us — tight enough to fit through a gate but it still has the muscle for digging footings. Operators at a cattle ranch all comment on how responsive it is. Five stars all dayMy buddy recommended this one. Tracks grip well on the slope behind our place. I’ve had it on wet ground setting fence posts with no trouble. Paid for itself fastShopped around for weeks before pulling the trigger. Power is impressive for the size. The Kubota engine starts right up cold and never bogs down, even when digging a pond. For a first-time owner this was the right call. Easy to operate and tough enough for real work digging a pond. Build quality feels solid — thick steel, clean welds, good pins and bushings. No play after weeks of digging a pond. The Kubota engine is the real star here. Five stars, easy.
