How Your Machine Is Delivered
Mini excavators, mini skid steers, and other machines move by LTL / flatbed freight carrier because of their size and weight. Here is what to expect:
- Curbside delivery with a liftgate lowers your machine safely to ground level at your address.
- The carrier calls ahead to schedule a delivery appointment — you will not be caught off guard.
- Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for the shipment.
- Please have a firm, reasonably level spot with clear truck access for the unload.
Attachments & Smaller Items
Buckets, augers, and other attachments or small parts may ship separately via standard ground rather than freight, and can arrive on a different day than your machine.
Inspect Before You Sign
Always inspect your delivery before signing. Walk around the machine and check for any freight damage while the driver is still there.
If you see anything, note it on the delivery receipt / Bill of Lading (BOL), take clear photos, and report it to us within 48 hours. Documenting damage at delivery protects your claim and lets us make it right quickly.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, as well as remote or limited-access sites, are arranged on a per-order basis — please contact us for a freight quote before ordering. We cannot ship machines to PO boxes.

Paid for itself fastFinally replaced our tired old machine. The cab is comfortable for long days. Heater works great for winter snow and debris cleanup. The 2-ton class is the sweet spot for us — tight enough to fit through a gate but it still has the muscle for snow and debris cleanup. Showed up on a flatbed in about ten days, well strapped and undamaged. Quiet enough that I can run it early without waking the house. Would absolutely buy again.

Five stars all dayFirst excavator I’ve ever owned. I was setting fence posts all last weekend and it didn’t miss a beat. For the money there’s nothing else close. Customer support answered my questions before I bought and again after delivery. That sealed it for me. Quiet enough that I can run it early without waking the house. Exactly as described, no surprises.

Tough and reliableFirst excavator I’ve ever owned. We added it to a sod farm and it’s already the most-used machine on the lot. Operators at a sod farm all comment on how responsive it is. No lag in the controls at all. Honestly thought it might be underpowered at this price but it handled clearing a fence row like a much bigger machine. Neighbors keep asking to borrow it. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

Five stars all dayPower is impressive for the size. The Kubota engine starts right up cold and never bogs down, even when digging a pond. Perfect size for weekend property projects. Trailers easily behind my pickup and I can move it between sites myself. Build quality feels solid — thick steel, clean welds, good pins and bushings. No play after weeks of digging a pond. The undercarriage looks built to last. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

Paid for itself fastTracks grip well on the slope behind our place. I’ve had it on wet ground building a retaining wall with no trouble. Boom swing makes it so much easier to dig along walls and fences. Huge help when building a retaining wall. Arrived faster than I expected with all the paperwork included. Exactly as described, no surprises.

Could not be happierShopped around for weeks before pulling the trigger. We added it to a small excavating outfit and it’s already the most-used machine on the lot. The thumb is a game changer for picking up rock and brush while digging irrigation lines. The cab is comfortable for long days. Heater works great for winter digging irrigation lines. Delivery took just under two weeks and the forklift unloading made it painless. Fuel burn is low for the amount of work it does. If you’re considering it, do it.

Dig depth and breakout force are better than I expected. foundation work that used to take all day now takes a couple hours. Coming from renting, owning this paid for itself in about two months of foundation work. Neighbors keep asking to borrow it. Would absolutely buy again.

Solid little workhorseRuns quiet and sips fuel compared to the old machine we had at a cattle ranch. Honestly thought it might be underpowered at this price but it handled digging footings like a much bigger machine. I’d buy from them again without hesitation. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase.
