Shipping & Delivery

Free, Fully-Assembled Freight Delivery

FREE freight to the contiguous lower 48. Every machine ships fully assembled and ready to run — no crating charge, no hidden freight surcharges, and no assembly required when it arrives. The price you see is the price delivered to your door.

Handling & Transit Time

  • Processing: 1–3 business days to prepare, secure, and hand your order to the freight carrier.
  • Transit: typically about 5–10 business days on the road, depending on how far you are from our Loveland, CO facility.
  • Tracking: a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way.

How Your Machine Is Delivered

Mini excavators, mini skid steers, and other machines move by LTL / flatbed freight carrier because of their size and weight. Here is what to expect:

  • Curbside delivery with a liftgate lowers your machine safely to ground level at your address.
  • The carrier calls ahead to schedule a delivery appointment — you will not be caught off guard.
  • Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for the shipment.
  • Please have a firm, reasonably level spot with clear truck access for the unload.

Attachments & Smaller Items

Buckets, augers, and other attachments or small parts may ship separately via standard ground rather than freight, and can arrive on a different day than your machine.

Inspect Before You Sign

Always inspect your delivery before signing. Walk around the machine and check for any freight damage while the driver is still there.

If you see anything, note it on the delivery receipt / Bill of Lading (BOL), take clear photos, and report it to us within 48 hours. Documenting damage at delivery protects your claim and lets us make it right quickly.

Alaska, Hawaii & Remote Locations

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, as well as remote or limited-access sites, are arranged on a per-order basis — please contact us for a freight quote before ordering. We cannot ship machines to PO boxes.

Just what the job neededI was nervous ordering equipment online, but I’m so glad I did. The hydraulics are smooth and the controls are easy to learn. My nephew was running it confidently within an hour. Dig depth and breakout force are better than I expected. trenching for water lines that used to take all day now takes a couple hours. Exactly as described, no surprises.

Built toughFirst excavator I’ve ever owned. We added it to an acreage owner and it’s already the most-used machine on the lot. Operators at an acreage owner all comment on how responsive it is. No lag in the controls at all. Boom swing makes it so much easier to dig along walls and fences. Huge help when clearing a fence row. Solid company, solid machine.

Solid little workhorseMy buddy recommended this one. We added it to a vineyard and it’s already the most-used machine on the lot. The cab is comfortable for long days. Heater works great for winter digging irrigation lines. Build quality feels solid — thick steel, clean welds, good pins and bushings. No play after weeks of digging irrigation lines. Neighbors keep asking to borrow it. Exactly as described, no surprises.

Impressed all aroundFirst excavator I’ve ever owned. The cab is comfortable for long days. Heater works great for winter trenching for water lines. Honestly thought it might be underpowered at this price but it handled trenching for water lines like a much bigger machine. Build quality feels solid — thick steel, clean welds, good pins and bushings. No play after weeks of trenching for water lines. Arrived faster than I expected with all the paperwork included. Visibility from the seat is excellent for trenching for water lines. Telling everyone at the co-op about it.

Best purchase for the farmAfter comparing a few brands, I went with this one. Maintenance is straightforward, grease points are easy to reach, and the manual actually makes sense. The cab is comfortable for long days. Heater works great for winter moving dirt around the barn. Delivery took just under two weeks and the forklift unloading made it painless. The Kubota engine is the real star here. Would absolutely buy again.

Perfect size for a hobby farm. Trailers easily behind my pickup and I can move it between sites myself. Power is impressive for the size. The Kubota engine starts right up cold and never bogs down, even when moving dirt around the barn. The Kubota engine is the real star here. Would absolutely buy again.

Worth every pennyI was nervous ordering equipment online, but I’m so glad I did. Runs quiet and sips fuel compared to the old machine we had at a remodeling business. We added it to a remodeling business and it’s already the most-used machine on the lot. Tracks grip well on the slope behind our place. I’ve had it on wet ground tearing out old concrete with no trouble. Showed up on a flatbed in about ten days, well strapped and undamaged. Comfortable enough that long days aren’t a chore. Five stars, easy.

  10. Randy Butler (verified owner)

Best purchase for the farmNeeded something for tearing out old concrete, so I took the plunge. The 1-ton class is the sweet spot for us — tight enough to fit through a gate but it still has the muscle for tearing out old concrete. Perfect size for our landscaping crew. Trailers easily behind my pickup and I can move it between sites myself. Power is impressive for the size. The Kubota engine starts right up cold and never bogs down, even when tearing out old concrete. Freight was free to my door and the driver was patient getting it off the truck. Comfortable enough that long days aren’t a chore. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase.
