Free Shipping Across the USA
FREE freight shipping anywhere in the USA. Every machine ships crated on a dedicated freight carrier, ready to work. The price you see is the price delivered to your address.
Handling & Transit Time
- Order processing: up to 3 business days to prep, crate and book your order onto a carrier.
- Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days from the shipment date, depending on your state.
- Tracking: a tracking or freight booking reference is emailed as soon as your order ships.
How Your Machine Is Delivered
Excavators and skid steers move by LTL freight because of their size and weight. Here is what to expect:
- FREE forklift unloading where it is required, subject to site access and carrier availability.
- The carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery window — you will not be caught off guard.
- Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
- Please have a firm, reasonably level spot with clear truck access for the unload.
Attachments & Smaller Parts
Buckets, augers, thumbs and other attachments may ship separately by standard ground courier and can arrive on a different day than your machine.
Inspect Before You Sign
Always inspect your delivery before signing. Walk around the machine and check for freight damage while the driver is still on site.
If you find anything, note it on the bill of lading (BOL), take clear photos, and contact us within 48 hours so we can file the freight claim for you.
Alaska, Hawaii & Remote Areas
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and remote or limited-access addresses may carry a surcharge and longer transit — please request a freight quote before ordering. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Questions about your delivery? Request a quote or email Welcome@findexcavator.com — we reply within 1 business day.

Every item is covered by a 1-year limited parts warranty from the date of delivery. If a covered part fails, we supply the replacement part.
- Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Good value, small gripesNo major complaints. Good bang for the buck once you get it going. Freight was free to my door and the driver was patient getting it off the truck.

Impressed all aroundFirst excavator I’ve ever owned. Perfect size for a county road crew. Trailers easily behind my pickup and I can move it between sites myself. Runs quiet and sips fuel compared to the old machine we had at a county road crew. Delivery took just under two weeks and the forklift unloading made it painless. Hauled it home, fueled it up, and was working the same afternoon. Solid company, solid machine.

Could not be happierFirst excavator I’ve ever owned. The cab is comfortable for long days. Heater works great for winter moving dirt around the barn. Customer support answered my questions before I bought and again after delivery. That sealed it for me. Honestly thought it might be underpowered at this price but it handled moving dirt around the barn like a much bigger machine. Solid company, solid machine.

Tough and reliableAfter comparing a few brands, I went with this one. Honestly thought it might be underpowered at this price but it handled cleaning out ditches like a much bigger machine. Perfect size for weekend property projects. Trailers easily behind my pickup and I can move it between sites myself. Operators at weekend property projects all comment on how responsive it is. No lag in the controls at all. Five stars, easy.

Money well spentMy buddy recommended this one. Operators at our landscaping crew all comment on how responsive it is. No lag in the controls at all. Tracks grip well on the slope behind our place. I’ve had it on wet ground prepping a building pad with no trouble. Quiet enough that I can run it early without waking the house. Would absolutely buy again.

Happy overallMachine itself is decent but delivery took longer than I’d hoped. Once it arrived it ran fine. I’d buy from them again without hesitation.

Does everything I hopedFirst excavator I’ve ever owned. The hydraulics are smooth and the controls are easy to learn. My nephew was running it confidently within an hour. The 2-ton class is the sweet spot for us — tight enough to fit through a gate but it still has the muscle for trenching for water lines. The cab is comfortable for long days. Heater works great for winter trenching for water lines. Shipping was free and the freight driver called ahead to set up delivery. Grease it up, keep an eye on the tracks, and it’ll treat you right. Highly recommend to anyone on the fence.

Just what the job neededMy buddy recommended this one. The 2-ton class is the sweet spot for us — tight enough to fit through a gate but it still has the muscle for cleaning out ditches. Runs quiet and sips fuel compared to the old machine we had at an acreage owner. Plenty of power left in reserve when cleaning out ditches. Will be ordering parts and attachments from them again.

Dig depth and breakout force are better than I expected. moving dirt around the barn that used to take all day now takes a couple hours.
