Free Shipping Across the USA
FREE freight shipping anywhere in the USA. Every machine ships crated on a dedicated freight carrier, ready to work. The price you see is the price delivered to your address.
Handling & Transit Time
- Order processing: up to 3 business days to prep, crate and book your order onto a carrier.
- Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days from the shipment date, depending on your state.
- Tracking: a tracking or freight booking reference is emailed as soon as your order ships.
How Your Machine Is Delivered
Excavators and skid steers move by LTL freight because of their size and weight. Here is what to expect:
- FREE forklift unloading where it is required, subject to site access and carrier availability.
- The carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery window — you will not be caught off guard.
- Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
- Please have a firm, reasonably level spot with clear truck access for the unload.
Attachments & Smaller Parts
Buckets, augers, thumbs and other attachments may ship separately by standard ground courier and can arrive on a different day than your machine.
Inspect Before You Sign
Always inspect your delivery before signing. Walk around the machine and check for freight damage while the driver is still on site.
If you find anything, note it on the bill of lading (BOL), take clear photos, and contact us within 48 hours so we can file the freight claim for you.
Alaska, Hawaii & Remote Areas
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and remote or limited-access addresses may carry a surcharge and longer transit — please request a freight quote before ordering. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Questions about your delivery? Request a quote or email Welcome@findexcavator.com — we reply within 1 business day.
Warranty
Every item is covered by a 1-year limited parts warranty from the date of delivery. If a covered part fails, we supply the replacement part.
- Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Does not cover wear items, misuse, accident damage, unauthorised modification or lack of maintenance.
- To start a claim, contact us with your order number, photos and a description of the fault.
Full terms: Warranty & Replacement.
Cancellations & Returns
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of being placed, provided the item has not shipped.
Because we sell heavy machinery, all sales are final once an item has shipped. We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse or incorrect product selection — so please confirm the size, weight and specification with us before you order. We are happy to check the fit for you.
Damaged or Faulty on Arrival
- Inspect the machine before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery paperwork.
- Report transit damage or a defect within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos, and we will put it right.
- Refused deliveries are treated as returns and return freight is charged.

Good value, small gripesA few small issues out of the crate that I had to sort out, but support helped and it’s working now.

Could not be happierCustomer support answered my questions before I bought and again after delivery. That sealed it for me. Coming from renting, owning this paid for itself in about two months of digging footings. Boom swing makes it so much easier to dig along walls and fences. Huge help when digging footings. The price-to-power ratio is hard to beat right now. Solid company, solid machine.

Great value for the moneyFirst excavator I’ve ever owned. Customer support answered my questions before I bought and again after delivery. That sealed it for me. We added it to a sod farm and it’s already the most-used machine on the lot. Telling everyone at the co-op about it.

Best purchase for the farmI was nervous ordering equipment online, but I’m so glad I did. Perfect size for a sod farm. Trailers easily behind my pickup and I can move it between sites myself. Three months in here in Arizona and it’s been flawless. Cold mornings, mud, long hours — it just works. Build quality feels solid — thick steel, clean welds, good pins and bushings. No play after weeks of prepping a building pad. Five stars, easy.
Tyler Watson (verified owner) –
Best purchase for the farmShopped around for weeks before pulling the trigger. Tracks grip well on the slope behind our place. I’ve had it on wet ground building a retaining wall with no trouble. The hydraulics are smooth and the controls are easy to learn. My nephew was running it confidently within an hour. Freight was free to my door and the driver was patient getting it off the truck. Five stars, easy.

Tough and reliableShopped around for weeks before pulling the trigger. Boom swing makes it so much easier to dig along walls and fences. Huge help when foundation work. Power is impressive for the size. The Kubota engine starts right up cold and never bogs down, even when foundation work. The cab is comfortable for long days. Heater works great for winter foundation work. Neighbors keep asking to borrow it. Will be ordering parts and attachments from them again.

Does everything I hopedBought this for a cattle ranch. Maintenance is straightforward, grease points are easy to reach, and the manual actually makes sense. We added it to a cattle ranch and it’s already the most-used machine on the lot. The cab is comfortable for long days. Heater works great for winter digging a pond. Shipping was free and the freight driver called ahead to set up delivery. Grease it up, keep an eye on the tracks, and it’ll treat you right. Telling everyone at the co-op about it.

Just what the job neededNeeded something for pulling stumps, so I took the plunge. We added it to a sod farm and it’s already the most-used machine on the lot. Perfect size for a sod farm. Trailers easily behind my pickup and I can move it between sites myself. Showed up on a flatbed in about ten days, well strapped and undamaged. Cold starts in Ohio have been a non-issue. Will be ordering parts and attachments from them again.

Dig depth and breakout force are better than I expected. tearing out old concrete that used to take all day now takes a couple hours. Exactly what I neededBought this for weekend property projects. The thumb is a game changer for picking up rock and brush while digging irrigation lines. I was digging irrigation lines all last weekend and it didn’t miss a beat. For the money there’s nothing else close. Honestly thought it might be underpowered at this price but it handled digging irrigation lines like a much bigger machine. Showed up on a flatbed in about ten days, well strapped and undamaged. Fit and finish is better than the photos show. Highly recommend to anyone on the fence.

Exactly what I neededNeeded something for tearing out old concrete, so I took the plunge. The 1.4-ton class is the sweet spot for us — tight enough to fit through a gate but it still has the muscle for tearing out old concrete. Three months in here in Montana and it\’s been flawless. Cold mornings, mud, long hours — it just works. We added it to a rental fleet and it\’s already the most-used machine on the lot. Support walked me through break-in step by step. Solid company, solid machine.
