How Your Machine Is Delivered
Mini excavators, mini skid steers, and other machines move by LTL / flatbed freight carrier because of their size and weight. Here is what to expect:
- Curbside delivery with a liftgate lowers your machine safely to ground level at your address.
- The carrier calls ahead to schedule a delivery appointment — you will not be caught off guard.
- Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for the shipment.
- Please have a firm, reasonably level spot with clear truck access for the unload.
Attachments & Smaller Items
Buckets, augers, and other attachments or small parts may ship separately via standard ground rather than freight, and can arrive on a different day than your machine.
Inspect Before You Sign
Always inspect your delivery before signing. Walk around the machine and check for any freight damage while the driver is still there.
If you see anything, note it on the delivery receipt / Bill of Lading (BOL), take clear photos, and report it to us within 48 hours. Documenting damage at delivery protects your claim and lets us make it right quickly.
Alaska, Hawaii & Remote Locations
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, as well as remote or limited-access sites, are arranged on a per-order basis — please contact us for a freight quote before ordering. We cannot ship machines to PO boxes.

Terri Ann Walsh (verified owner) –
Trenched drainage lines around our whole house foundation in one Saturday. Chain is aggressive and the boom adjusts easy. My contractor neighbor borrowed it and asked where I got it.
Chad Ellison –
The trencher itself works fine once it’s running, but the mounting plate needed some grinding to seat right on my loader and I had to buy hydraulic adapters to match my machine’s couplers. Emailed support and got an answer, just took a few days. Digging performance is honestly good.
Dennis Yoakum –
This AGT trencher is built heavy. Ran electrical conduit to my shop, 48 inch depth got me well below frost line here in Minnesota. Teeth still look new after 300 feet of rocky ground.
Laura B. –
Hooked right up to our mini skid steer, fittings matched, and it trenched irrigation lines across two acres like nothing. Way cheaper than renting a walk-behind twice.
Mike Casperson (verified owner) –
Cut 200 feet of trench for a water line to my barn in about an hour. Digs clean and straight in our clay. Only reason it’s not perfect — took almost three weeks for freight to show up. Attachment itself is great.
