Handling & Transit Time
- Processing: 1–3 business days to prepare, secure, and hand your order to the freight carrier.
- Transit: typically about 5–10 business days on the road, depending on how far you are from our Loveland, CO facility.
- Tracking: a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way.
How Your Machine Is Delivered
Mini excavators, mini skid steers, and other machines move by LTL / flatbed freight carrier because of their size and weight. Here is what to expect:
- Curbside delivery with a liftgate lowers your machine safely to ground level at your address.
- The carrier calls ahead to schedule a delivery appointment — you will not be caught off guard.
- Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for the shipment.
- Please have a firm, reasonably level spot with clear truck access for the unload.
Attachments & Smaller Items
Buckets, augers, and other attachments or small parts may ship separately via standard ground rather than freight, and can arrive on a different day than your machine.
Inspect Before You Sign
Always inspect your delivery before signing. Walk around the machine and check for any freight damage while the driver is still there.
If you see anything, note it on the delivery receipt / Bill of Lading (BOL), take clear photos, and report it to us within 48 hours. Documenting damage at delivery protects your claim and lets us make it right quickly.
Alaska, Hawaii & Remote Locations
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, as well as remote or limited-access sites, are arranged on a per-order basis — please contact us for a freight quote before ordering. We cannot ship machines to PO boxes.

Bought this to pick rock after we cleared timber on our place in Missouri. It flat out works, and its plenty heavy duty for a mini skid steer attachment.

The bucket itself works fine and it’s built stout, no complaints there. My gripe is the freight took almost three weeks to get to me in rural Idaho and tracking updates were spotty. Customer service did answer eventually but it took a couple emails. Product is good, delivery experience needs work.

Freight guy called ahead, dropped it in my driveway on a pallet, and I had it on the machine in ten minutes. Sifted a whole gravel driveway’s worth of debris this spring. Real happy with the build quality.

Fit my quick attach plate perfect, no slop. Been running it hard sorting rock and root balls out of fill dirt on job sites for a month now. For $720 you can’t touch anything at a dealer.

Does exactly what a rock bucket should. We picked rock out of a new garden plot here in Minnesota in one afternoon instead of a whole weekend on our hands and knees.

Cleared about two acres of old pasture full of fist-size rock with this bucket on my TYPHON skid steer. Tines let the dirt sift right through and I’m left with a bucket of clean rock. Welds look solid and the paint held up better than I expected for the price.
