How Your Machine Is Delivered
Mini excavators, mini skid steers, and other machines move by LTL / flatbed freight carrier because of their size and weight. Here is what to expect:
- Curbside delivery with a liftgate lowers your machine safely to ground level at your address.
- The carrier calls ahead to schedule a delivery appointment — you will not be caught off guard.
- Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for the shipment.
- Please have a firm, reasonably level spot with clear truck access for the unload.
Attachments & Smaller Items
Buckets, augers, and other attachments or small parts may ship separately via standard ground rather than freight, and can arrive on a different day than your machine.
Inspect Before You Sign
Always inspect your delivery before signing. Walk around the machine and check for any freight damage while the driver is still there.
If you see anything, note it on the delivery receipt / Bill of Lading (BOL), take clear photos, and report it to us within 48 hours. Documenting damage at delivery protects your claim and lets us make it right quickly.
Alaska, Hawaii & Remote Locations
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, as well as remote or limited-access sites, are arranged on a per-order basis — please contact us for a freight quote before ordering. We cannot ship machines to PO boxes.

Highly recommendShopped around for weeks before pulling the trigger. Boom swing makes it so much easier to dig along walls and fences. Huge help when clearing a fence row. Operators at a sod farm all comment on how responsive it is. No lag in the controls at all. Customer support answered my questions before I bought and again after delivery. That sealed it for me. Neighbors keep asking to borrow it. Five stars, easy.

No regretsFirst excavator I’ve ever owned. The 2-ton class is the sweet spot for us — tight enough to fit through a gate but it still has the muscle for digging footings. Power is impressive for the size. The Kubota engine starts right up cold and never bogs down, even when digging footings. Plenty of power left in reserve when digging footings. Would absolutely buy again.

Solid with a few quibblesOverall I’m happy with it. Took a little setup out of the gate but runs great now. It handles clearing a fence row better than machines twice the price.

No regretsAfter comparing a few brands, I went with this one. The thumb is a game changer for picking up rock and brush while grading my driveway. Coming from renting, owning this paid for itself in about two months of grading my driveway. Freight was free to my door and the driver was patient getting it off the truck. Plenty of power left in reserve when grading my driveway. Five stars, easy.

Build quality feels solid — thick steel, clean welds, good pins and bushings. No play after weeks of snow and debris cleanup. The thumb is a game changer for picking up rock and brush while snow and debris cleanup. Arrived faster than I expected with all the paperwork included. Would absolutely buy again.

Does everything I hopedBought this for a remodeling business. I was setting fence posts all last weekend and it didn’t miss a beat. For the money there’s nothing else close. Tracks grip well on the slope behind our place. I’ve had it on wet ground setting fence posts with no trouble. Shipping was free and the freight driver called ahead to set up delivery. Visibility from the seat is excellent for setting fence posts. If you’re considering it, do it.

Built toughBought this for a pipeline crew. Power is impressive for the size. The Kubota engine starts right up cold and never bogs down, even when trenching for water lines. Honestly thought it might be underpowered at this price but it handled trenching for water lines like a much bigger machine. For a first-time owner this was the right call. Easy to operate and tough enough for real work trenching for water lines. Arrived faster than I expected with all the paperwork included. Hauled it home, fueled it up, and was working the same afternoon. Highly recommend to anyone on the fence.

No lag in the controls at all. Delivery took just under two weeks and the forklift unloading made it painless. Highly recommend to anyone on the fence.
