Shipping & Delivery

Free Shipping Across the USA

FREE freight shipping anywhere in the USA. Every machine ships crated on a dedicated freight carrier, ready to work. The price you see is the price delivered to your address.

Handling & Transit Time

  • Order processing: up to 3 business days to prep, crate and book your order onto a carrier.
  • Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days from the shipment date, depending on your state.
  • Tracking: a tracking or freight booking reference is emailed as soon as your order ships.

How Your Machine Is Delivered

Excavators and skid steers move by LTL freight because of their size and weight. Here is what to expect:

  • FREE forklift unloading where it is required, subject to site access and carrier availability.
  • The carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery window — you will not be caught off guard.
  • Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
  • Please have a firm, reasonably level spot with clear truck access for the unload.

Attachments & Smaller Parts

Buckets, augers, thumbs and other attachments may ship separately by standard ground courier and can arrive on a different day than your machine.

Inspect Before You Sign

Always inspect your delivery before signing. Walk around the machine and check for freight damage while the driver is still on site.

If you find anything, note it on the bill of lading (BOL), take clear photos, and contact us within 48 hours so we can file the freight claim for you.

Alaska, Hawaii & Remote Areas

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and remote or limited-access addresses may carry a surcharge and longer transit — please request a freight quote before ordering. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Questions about your delivery? Request a quote or email Welcome@findexcavator.com — we reply within 1 business day.

Warranty & Returns

Warranty

Every item is covered by a 1-year limited parts warranty from the date of delivery. If a covered part fails, we supply the replacement part.

  • Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • Does not cover wear items, misuse, accident damage, unauthorised modification or lack of maintenance.
  • To start a claim, contact us with your order number, photos and a description of the fault.

Impressed all aroundShopped around for weeks before pulling the trigger. Operators at a county road crew all comment on how responsive it is. No lag in the controls at all. Three months in here in Texas and it’s been flawless. Cold mornings, mud, long hours — it just works. Shipping was free and the freight driver called ahead to set up delivery. Cuts my job time roughly in half on setting fence posts. Telling everyone at the co-op about it.

  2. Reggie Hughes (verified owner)

Good machine, minor notesA few small issues out of the crate that I had to sort out, but support helped and it’s working now. Tracks, pins, and hoses all still tight after heavy use.

  3. Charles Cooper (verified owner)

Money well spentComing from renting, owning this paid for itself in about two months of digging irrigation lines. Runs quiet and sips fuel compared to the old machine we had at a remodeling business. Would absolutely buy again.

  4. Otis Reynolds (verified owner)

Real time-saverShopped around for weeks before pulling the trigger. I was septic work all last weekend and it didn’t miss a beat. For the money there’s nothing else close. Honestly thought it might be underpowered at this price but it handled septic work like a much bigger machine. Delivery took just under two weeks and the forklift unloading made it painless. Will be ordering parts and attachments from them again.

The undercarriage looks built to last. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

Power is impressive for the size. The Kubota engine starts right up cold and never bogs down, even when cleaning out ditches. Showed up on a flatbed in about ten days, well strapped and undamaged. Would absolutely buy again.

My nephew was running it confidently within an hour. Quiet enough that I can run it early without waking the house. Will be ordering parts and attachments from them again.
