Handling & Transit Time
- Order processing: up to 3 business days to prep, crate and book your order onto a carrier.
- Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days from the shipment date, depending on your state.
- Tracking: a tracking or freight booking reference is emailed as soon as your order ships.
How Your Machine Is Delivered
Excavators and skid steers move by LTL freight because of their size and weight. Here is what to expect:
- FREE forklift unloading where it is required, subject to site access and carrier availability.
- The carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery window — you will not be caught off guard.
- Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
- Please have a firm, reasonably level spot with clear truck access for the unload.
Attachments & Smaller Parts
Buckets, augers, thumbs and other attachments may ship separately by standard ground courier and can arrive on a different day than your machine.
Inspect Before You Sign
Always inspect your delivery before signing. Walk around the machine and check for freight damage while the driver is still on site.
If you find anything, note it on the bill of lading (BOL), take clear photos, and contact us within 48 hours so we can file the freight claim for you.
Alaska, Hawaii & Remote Areas
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and remote or limited-access addresses may carry a surcharge and longer transit — please request a freight quote before ordering. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Questions about your delivery? Request a quote or email Welcome@findexcavator.com — we reply within 1 business day.

Very happy with the bucket itself, tilts smooth and the steel is thick. One heads up — the hydraulic fittings didn’t match my machine’s aux lines so I had to grab a couple adapters from the hydraulic shop, about $20. After that it’s been flawless. Would buy again.

Runs great on my 3.5 ton machine. Graded a full house pad and shaped the driveway crown in a day. Welds look clean, cylinders don’t drift.
Jared Sweeney (verified owner) –
Doing pond banks and ditch slopes here in Texas and this bucket is the best attachment purchase I’ve made. The 1000mm width covers ground fast and the tilt range is more than I ever need.
Manny Ortiz (verified owner) –
Full meter of width means finish grading goes twice as fast. Plumbed into my auxiliary circuit with no surprises and the cylinders are smooth. Excellent value versus the $3k+ dealer options.

This 39 inch hydraulic tilt bucket transformed my mini ex for grade work. Cut a whole drainage swale system across our farm and the hydraulic tilt holds angle perfect under load. Heavy duty is not marketing talk, the thing is built like a tank.
