Shipping & Delivery

Free, Fully-Assembled Freight Delivery

FREE freight to the contiguous lower 48. Every machine ships fully assembled and ready to run — no crating charge, no hidden freight surcharges, and no assembly required when it arrives. The price you see is the price delivered to your door.

Handling & Transit Time

  • Processing: 1–3 business days to prepare, secure, and hand your order to the freight carrier.
  • Transit: typically about 5–10 business days on the road, depending on how far you are from our Loveland, CO facility.
  • Tracking: a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way.

How Your Machine Is Delivered

Mini excavators, mini skid steers, and other machines move by LTL / flatbed freight carrier because of their size and weight. Here is what to expect:

  • Curbside delivery with a liftgate lowers your machine safely to ground level at your address.
  • The carrier calls ahead to schedule a delivery appointment — you will not be caught off guard.
  • Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for the shipment.
  • Please have a firm, reasonably level spot with clear truck access for the unload.

Attachments & Smaller Items

Buckets, augers, and other attachments or small parts may ship separately via standard ground rather than freight, and can arrive on a different day than your machine.

Inspect Before You Sign

Always inspect your delivery before signing. Walk around the machine and check for any freight damage while the driver is still there.

If you see anything, note it on the delivery receipt / Bill of Lading (BOL), take clear photos, and report it to us within 48 hours. Documenting damage at delivery protects your claim and lets us make it right quickly.

Alaska, Hawaii & Remote Locations

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, as well as remote or limited-access sites, are arranged on a per-order basis — please contact us for a freight quote before ordering. We cannot ship machines to PO boxes.

  1. Erica Malone (verified owner)

Does what it says and grips well. It was a bit heavier than I expected so getting it off the pallet solo was a chore, but on the machine it’s been great for brush and log work.

  2. Tom Gallagher (verified owner)

Good grapple for the money. Only knock is the manual is basically a single sheet, so figuring out the greasing points took a minute. Once greased it’s been smooth and I’d buy it again.

  3. Ray Stubblefield (verified owner)

Simple tool that just works. Piled up two winters worth of firewood logs with it here in Michigan.

  4. Nicole B. (verified owner)

We use it for material handling in our small sawmill yard. Moves slabs and off-cuts all day and the hydraulics haven’t leaked a drop.

  5. Alan Prescott

Grabs branches, logs, and even old railroad ties around my property. Hooked right up to my machine, hoses were the right length, and it showed up crated well. Real happy with it.

  6. Josh Timmons (verified owner)

Quality grapple at half what the dealer quoted me. Handles logs up to about 16 inch no problem.

  7. Karen Fitzpatrick (verified owner)

My son and I cleared a fence line full of downed limbs in one afternoon. Way easier than dragging everything by hand, and it cost less than renting a bigger machine twice.

  8. Manny Ortega (verified owner)

Runs on my mini excavator for forestry cleanup and it’s held up to a lot of abuse. Good steel, good welds. Here in Georgia we work it hard in the heat and it just keeps clamping.

  9. Derek W. (verified owner)

Perfect width for a mini skid. Loaded three trailer loads of storm debris the first day I had it.

  10. Bill Hargrove

Been in tree work 20 years and this little M-HGB grapple punches above its price. Grabs brush and limbs clean, cylinder is smooth, pins fit tight. Freight company called ahead and dropped it right in my driveway.

  11. Rachel Dunn

Works great for stacking logs after we cleaned up a fallen oak. Simple, strong, no drama hooking it up.

  12. Cody Braxton (verified owner)

For $599 this wood grabber is a steal. I move firewood logs from the back forty to the splitter with it every weekend on my mini machine. Jaws close tight and hold a full bite of branches.
