Shipping & Delivery

Free, Fully-Assembled Freight Delivery

FREE freight to the contiguous lower 48. Every machine ships fully assembled and ready to run — no crating charge, no hidden freight surcharges, and no assembly required when it arrives. The price you see is the price delivered to your door.

Handling & Transit Time

  • Processing: 1–3 business days to prepare, secure, and hand your order to the freight carrier.
  • Transit: typically about 5–10 business days on the road, depending on how far you are from our Loveland, CO facility.
  • Tracking: a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way.

How Your Machine Is Delivered

Mini excavators, mini skid steers, and other machines move by LTL / flatbed freight carrier because of their size and weight. Here is what to expect:

  • Curbside delivery with a liftgate lowers your machine safely to ground level at your address.
  • The carrier calls ahead to schedule a delivery appointment — you will not be caught off guard.
  • Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for the shipment.
  • Please have a firm, reasonably level spot with clear truck access for the unload.

Attachments & Smaller Items

Buckets, augers, and other attachments or small parts may ship separately via standard ground rather than freight, and can arrive on a different day than your machine.

Inspect Before You Sign

Always inspect your delivery before signing. Walk around the machine and check for any freight damage while the driver is still there.

If you see anything, note it on the delivery receipt / Bill of Lading (BOL), take clear photos, and report it to us within 48 hours. Documenting damage at delivery protects your claim and lets us make it right quickly.

Alaska, Hawaii & Remote Locations

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, as well as remote or limited-access sites, are arranged on a per-order basis — please contact us for a freight quote before ordering. We cannot ship machines to PO boxes.

Good value, small gripesA few small issues out of the crate that I had to sort out, but support helped and it’s working now.

  2. Marcus Bennett (verified owner)

Could not be happierCustomer support answered my questions before I bought and again after delivery. That sealed it for me. Coming from renting, owning this paid for itself in about two months of digging footings. Boom swing makes it so much easier to dig along walls and fences. Huge help when digging footings. The price-to-power ratio is hard to beat right now. Solid company, solid machine.

  3. Nick Jimenez (verified owner)

Great value for the moneyFirst excavator I’ve ever owned. Customer support answered my questions before I bought and again after delivery. That sealed it for me. We added it to a sod farm and it’s already the most-used machine on the lot. Telling everyone at the co-op about it.

  4. Jason Butler (verified owner)

Best purchase for the farmI was nervous ordering equipment online, but I’m so glad I did. Perfect size for a sod farm. Trailers easily behind my pickup and I can move it between sites myself. Three months in here in Arizona and it’s been flawless. Cold mornings, mud, long hours — it just works. Build quality feels solid — thick steel, clean welds, good pins and bushings. No play after weeks of prepping a building pad. Five stars, easy.

  5. Tyler Watson (verified owner)

Best purchase for the farmShopped around for weeks before pulling the trigger. Tracks grip well on the slope behind our place. I’ve had it on wet ground building a retaining wall with no trouble. The hydraulics are smooth and the controls are easy to learn. My nephew was running it confidently within an hour. Freight was free to my door and the driver was patient getting it off the truck. Five stars, easy.

Tough and reliableShopped around for weeks before pulling the trigger. Boom swing makes it so much easier to dig along walls and fences. Huge help when foundation work. Power is impressive for the size. The Kubota engine starts right up cold and never bogs down, even when foundation work. The cab is comfortable for long days. Heater works great for winter foundation work. Neighbors keep asking to borrow it. Will be ordering parts and attachments from them again.

We added it to a cattle ranch and it’s already the most-used machine on the lot. The cab is comfortable for long days. Heater works great for winter digging a pond. Shipping was free and the freight driver called ahead to set up delivery. Grease it up, keep an eye on the tracks, and it’ll treat you right. Telling everyone at the co-op about it.

Just what the job neededNeeded something for pulling stumps, so I took the plunge. We added it to a sod farm and it’s already the most-used machine on the lot. Perfect size for a sod farm. Trailers easily behind my pickup and I can move it between sites myself. Showed up on a flatbed in about ten days, well strapped and undamaged. Cold starts in Ohio have been a non-issue. Will be ordering parts and attachments from them again.

Dig depth and breakout force are better than I expected. tearing out old concrete that used to take all day now takes a couple hours. I was tearing out old concrete all last weekend and it didn’t miss a beat. For the money there’s nothing else close. Build quality feels solid — thick steel, clean welds, good pins and bushings. Coming from renting, owning this paid for itself in about two months of snow and debris cleanup. My only regret is not getting one years ago. Would absolutely buy again.

Exactly what I neededBought this for weekend property projects. The thumb is a game changer for picking up rock and brush while digging irrigation lines. I was digging irrigation lines all last weekend and it didn’t miss a beat. For the money there’s nothing else close. Honestly thought it might be underpowered at this price but it handled digging irrigation lines like a much bigger machine. Showed up on a flatbed in about ten days, well strapped and undamaged. Fit and finish is better than the photos show. Highly recommend to anyone on the fence.

Exactly what I neededNeeded something for tearing out old concrete, so I took the plunge. The 1.4-ton class is the sweet spot for us — tight enough to fit through a gate but it still has the muscle for tearing out old concrete. Three months in here in Montana and it’s been flawless. Cold mornings, mud, long hours — it just works. We added it to a rental fleet and it’s already the most-used machine on the lot. Support walked me through break-in over the phone. Solid company, solid machine.
