How Your Machine Is Delivered
Mini excavators, mini skid steers, and other machines move by LTL / flatbed freight carrier because of their size and weight. Here is what to expect:
- Curbside delivery with a liftgate lowers your machine safely to ground level at your address.
- The carrier calls ahead to schedule a delivery appointment — you will not be caught off guard.
- Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for the shipment.
- Please have a firm, reasonably level spot with clear truck access for the unload.
Attachments & Smaller Items
Buckets, augers, and other attachments or small parts may ship separately via standard ground rather than freight, and can arrive on a different day than your machine.
Inspect Before You Sign
Always inspect your delivery before signing. Walk around the machine and check for any freight damage while the driver is still there.
If you see anything, note it on the delivery receipt / Bill of Lading (BOL), take clear photos, and report it to us within 48 hours. Documenting damage at delivery protects your claim and lets us make it right quickly.

Tammy Voss –
Bought it for cleanup after a windstorm took down a bunch of trees on our place. My compact loader handles it fine and it saved my back a hundred times over 🙂
Jerry Osteen (verified owner) –
Good little grapple. Only nit is it showed up with a paint scuff and a couple fittings needed grease right away. Works great on my mini loader clearing the back lot, and I’d order from here again.
Mike R. (verified owner) –
Grapple is functional and the price was right, but the freight was slow and one hose was rubbing on the frame from the factory so I re-routed it before use. It moves brush like it should. Fair product, just a couple rough edges.
Hank Dillard (verified owner) –
Cleared cedar off 5 acres here in Texas with this thing. Zero issues, tons of grip, arrived a day early.
Chris Novak (verified owner) –
Put this on a Toro Dingo for a drainage and clearing job. Bit right down on roots and stumps we’d already popped with the excavator. Cylinders feel stout and it holds pressure with a load clamped.
Paula Grimes –
It works and the grip is decent, but I needed flat face coupler adapters that weren’t included, and it took customer service several days to confirm which size. Once plumbed correctly it clears brush fine. Just know you might have a hydraulic shop trip in your future.
Steve L. –
Does the job, period. Moved brush, moved rock, even used it to pick up an old dock. Would buy another one.
Dan Kubiak (verified owner) –
Honestly surprised at the build quality for the price. 38 inches is the right width for a mini machine, doesn’t tip me forward like a bigger one would. Grabbed and moved a whole burn pile in one morning.
Beth Ann Carter (verified owner) –
Great grapple for cleanup after we logged part of our property. Handles root balls and slash piles without straining. Came on a pallet, well packed, hoses capped.
Antonio Reyes (verified owner) –
Fits my mini skid perfect and the hydraulic cylinders are quick. Been pulling old fence rows out here in Oklahoma with it all spring.
Greg S. –
Grapple works well once it’s set up, but the mounting plate was a little off on my machine and I had to grind the latch pockets some to get it to lock in. Shipping also took close to three weeks. It grips fine now, just wish fitment was cleaner out of the box.
Lisa Montanez –
We run a small landscaping crew in North Carolina and this grapple has been on the machine almost daily. Picks up storm debris, logs, rock, whatever. Tines have not bent yet.
Wade Fenner (verified owner) –
Cleared two acres of brush and root balls with this 38 inch grapple on my mini skid steer. Grip is strong and the welds look professional. For under a grand its a no brainer compared to dealer prices.
