This lift incorporates many of the great features of both the Atlas® Garage PRO8000 and the Atlas® Garage PRO9000. Many of our customers drive an SUV or pick up truck and wanted a storage lift that would “go higher” to allow them to park their taller vehicles under the elevated platform. Many of our competitors sell “taller” lifts. However, their “taller” lifts also have longer runways. Our customers requested that we make a lift which lifts higher, but without the extra length (longer runways take up valuable garage space). Most customers want to store a car on top and park a SUV or pick up truck below. The Atlas® Garage Pro 8000 EXT has been engineered to provide 79″ of clearance UNDER the bottom of the raised runway. If you need the extra lifting height of the Atlas® Garage Pro 9000, but do not need the extra width and runway length provided by that lift, then the Atlas® Garage PRO8000EXT is the perfect choice. The Atlas® Garage PRO series of 4-post lifts (8,000 lb. capacity) are designed and built for use by homeowners or restoration shops. These lifts are not designed for use in commercial repair shops where they would be raised and lowered several times per day. How Your Machine Is Delivered
Excavators and skid steers move by LTL freight because of their size and weight. Here is what to expect:
- FREE forklift unloading where it is required, subject to site access and carrier availability.
- The carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery window — you will not be caught off guard.
- Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
- Please have a firm, reasonably level spot with clear truck access for the unload.
Attachments & Smaller Parts
Buckets, augers, thumbs and other attachments may ship separately by standard ground courier and can arrive on a different day than your machine.
Inspect Before You Sign
Always inspect your delivery before signing. Walk around the machine and check for freight damage while the driver is still on site.
If you find anything, note it on the bill of lading (BOL), take clear photos, and contact us within 48 hours so we can file the freight claim for you.
Alaska, Hawaii & Remote Areas
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and remote or limited-access addresses may carry a surcharge and longer transit — please request a freight quote before ordering. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Every item is covered by a 1-year limited parts warranty from the date of delivery. If a covered part fails, we supply the replacement part.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of being placed, provided the item has not shipped.
Because we sell heavy machinery, all sales are final once an item has shipped. We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse or incorrect product selection — so please confirm the size, weight and specification with us before you order. We are happy to check the fit for you.
Damaged or Faulty on Arrival
- Inspect the machine before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery paperwork.
- Report transit damage or a defect within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos, and we will put it right.
- Refused deliveries are treated as returns and return freight is charged.
