Shipping & Delivery

Free Shipping Across the USA

FREE freight shipping anywhere in the USA. Every machine ships crated on a dedicated freight carrier, ready to work. The price you see is the price delivered to your address.

Handling & Transit Time

  • Order processing: up to 3 business days to prep, crate and book your order onto a carrier.
  • Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days from the shipment date, depending on your state.
  • Tracking: a tracking or freight booking reference is emailed as soon as your order ships.

How Your Machine Is Delivered

Excavators and skid steers move by LTL freight because of their size and weight. Here is what to expect:

  • FREE forklift unloading where it is required, subject to site access and carrier availability.
  • The carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery window — you will not be caught off guard.
  • Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
  • Please have a firm, reasonably level spot with clear truck access for the unload.

Attachments & Smaller Parts

Buckets, augers, thumbs and other attachments may ship separately by standard ground courier and can arrive on a different day than your machine.

Inspect Before You Sign

Always inspect your delivery before signing. Walk around the machine and check for freight damage while the driver is still on site.

If you find anything, note it on the bill of lading (BOL), take clear photos, and contact us within 48 hours so we can file the freight claim for you.

Alaska, Hawaii & Remote Areas

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and remote or limited-access addresses may carry a surcharge and longer transit — please request a freight quote before ordering. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Questions about your delivery? Request a quote or email Welcome@findexcavator.com — we reply within 1 business day.

Warranty & Returns

Warranty

Every item is covered by a 1-year limited parts warranty from the date of delivery. If a covered part fails, we supply the replacement part.

  • Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • Does not cover wear items, misuse, accident damage, unauthorised modification or lack of maintenance.
  • To start a claim, contact us with your order number, photos and a description of the fault.

Paid for itself fastNeeded something for tearing out old concrete, so I took the plunge. Runs quiet and sips fuel compared to the old machine we had at a small excavating outfit. Customer support answered my questions before I bought and again after delivery. That sealed it for me. The thumb is a game changer for picking up rock and brush while tearing out old concrete. Delivery took just under two weeks and the forklift unloading made it painless. Comfortable enough that long days aren’t a chore. Would absolutely buy again.

Beast of a machineI was nervous ordering equipment online, but I’m so glad I did. Perfect size for a remodeling business. Trailers easily behind my pickup and I can move it between sites myself. Tracks grip well on the slope behind our place. I’ve had it on wet ground clearing brush with no trouble. The 2.3-ton class is the sweet spot for us — tight enough to fit through a gate but it still has the muscle for clearing brush. Cuts my job time roughly in half on clearing brush. Two thumbs up from me.

  3. Joel Reynolds (verified owner)

Punches above its weightMy buddy recommended this one. Honestly thought it might be underpowered at this price but it handled digging footings like a much bigger machine. Coming from renting, owning this paid for itself in about two months of digging footings. Delivery took just under two weeks and the forklift unloading made it painless. Exactly as described, no surprises.

Built toughBought this for an acreage owner. Three months in here in rural Tennessee and it’s been flawless. Cold mornings, mud, long hours — it just works. The hydraulics are smooth and the controls are easy to learn. My nephew was running it confidently within an hour. Tracks grip well on the slope behind our place. I’ve had it on wet ground snow and debris cleanup with no trouble. Shipping was free and the freight driver called ahead to set up delivery. Hauled it home, fueled it up, and was working the same afternoon. Solid company, solid machine.

  5. Manuel Young (verified owner)

Impressed all aroundFinally replaced our tired old machine. Boom swing makes it so much easier to dig along walls and fences. Huge help when pulling stumps. Operators at a tree service all comment on how responsive it is. No lag in the controls at all. Visibility from the seat is excellent for pulling stumps. Highly recommend to anyone on the fence.

  6. Bo Baker (verified owner)

Solid little workhorseBought this for weekend property projects. Boom swing makes it so much easier to dig along walls and fences. Huge help when grading my driveway. For a first-time owner this was the right call. Easy to operate and tough enough for real work grading my driveway. Power is impressive for the size. The Kubota engine starts right up cold and never bogs down, even when grading my driveway. Freight was free to my door and the driver was patient getting it off the truck. Exactly as described, no surprises.

  7. Ed E. (verified owner)

Five stars all dayMy buddy recommended this one. Power is impressive for the size. The Kubota engine starts right up cold and never bogs down, even when trenching for water lines. I was trenching for water lines all last weekend and it didn’t miss a beat. For the money there’s nothing else close. We added it to a county road crew and it’s already the most-used machine on the lot. Quiet enough that I can run it early without waking the house. Will be ordering parts and attachments from them again.
